Our vision is that:

All who live in the Whaingaroa/Raglan area are well-housed.

‘Well-housed’ means timely access to habitable, affordable, accessible, culturally appropriate, appropriately located, and with security of tenure housing.

This vision aligns with that of the Waikato Region Housing Initiative.

Our purpose is to advocate for, facilitate and enable the provision of housing to quality housing standards that will deliver our vision.

The Whaingaroa/Raglan area is defined as:

The Raglan Ward (as defined by the Waikato District Council) and extends to the boundaries of the Ngati Mahunga Hourua, Ngati Tahinga (including Ngati Tamainupo) and Ngati Whakamaturangi (see map).

Thanks to our sponsors, we were able to conduct research specific to Raglan.

You can read more about housing research from the wider Waikato as well as documents produced through WRAP work over on the Housing Research page.
